Delivery Info
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store or have them delivered directly to your doorstep. We use the best couriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Please note we deliver to Mainland UK only, when ordering bricks there may be extra charges incurred depending on the delivery site.
Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the unique nature of reclaimed and second-hand materials, our returns policy is structured as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items that were not identified at the time of purchase.
• Materials sold as-is (such as timber, bricks, doors, and other reclaimed materials) are non-returnable unless they are significantly different from the description provided.
• Custom orders, cut materials, or items modified after purchase are non-refundable.
2. Condition of Returned Items
• All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sold.
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or used after purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Store Credit and Exchanges
• For items approved for return, Store credit or an exchange will be actioned.
• Returns will be charged a handling fee of 30% per order.
4. Exceptions
• Salvage materials and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged at our discretion, in accordance with consumer rights.
5. Return Process
• Customers must contact us prior to returning any item by emailing
birminghamreclaimed@gmail.com or visiting our yard.
• Please provide your receipt and photos of the item (if applicable) for assessment.
• Returned items must be delivered to our yard or collected by us at an agreed cost to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
