A pre-mixed, vapour permeable, ready to apply Siloxane-based decorative coating offering increased weather resistance and water run off properties. Finished appearance is based upon grain size, with fine and coarse versions available.
- Enhanced fire retardant properties to assist against the spread of flames
- The surface of the coating hardens and does not soften again under heat
- Excellent hiding power and flexibility characteristics
- Water-vapour permeable, does not create a vapour retarder
- Can be spray applied but will give a different appearance to a hand applied application
- Manufacturer’s 10 year product indemnity including design when a Parex specification is issued and subject to conditions
